Shipping and Handling Information
Overview
We are currently a “Click & Collect” only store, meaning any order placed on this site will only be delivered to a Tern Dealer, these Tern Dealers will be listed at the check out. We are constantly updating our list of Tern dealerships so please be aware you closest available store may change between orders.
Delivery Methods
Your order will be fulfilled by your nearest Tern dealer. Picking up your bike at a local Tern dealer ensures you your bike is set up correctly and is ready to ride; while also allowing you to ask any questions you have about your order.
Shipment Tracking
Once you have received your dispatch notification from us, it is then the responsibility of your chosen Tern dealer to contact you regarding collection. If you have any difficulties during this process or don’t receive you dispatch notice please contact your chosen store or simply email us at ternbicycles@moorelarge.co.uk
Shipping and Handling Rates and Delivery Time
We charge standard £10 delivery fee on all orders. As standard we have set up a minimum 48 hour buffer time from order to collection on all bikes, this is to ensure your Tern Dealer has enough to time do build and quality check your order.
